I've heard of no consensus between XP and Linux, Pentium adn AMD and PPC, but between pentium XP // Pentium XP this is the first one:

Yes but not the same version of BOINC one with 5.8.15 and one with beta 5.9.10, beta is not stable and who knows what it can generate. Can this have something to do with it.

I suppose it's possible if the CC was corrupting the upload of the output file or screwing up the report. However, if the result completes, uploads, reports successfully then the problem has to be with subtle differences in the output data from the app on different host platforms when the project actually compares them for a match at validate time. This is most likely due to differences bewteen the compilers use for the apps on different platforms.
