      BOINC 7.0.64 and 7.0.65 have a public release date of April 23rd, 2013. Their built date is April 16th and it they were released as "development->for testing only" on the 17th of April.

      When the developers released the new client to the public, they didn't change the test-release date to the public release date, instead they just removed the "development->for testing only" flag.
