I'm currently crunching on a Windows XP Pro x64 system with an EVGA NVIDIA GTX760. Currently I'm only crunching one WU at a time. I would like to configure Einstein to crunch two, (maybe three), at a time. ...and, I want to limit crunching to "Binary Radio Pulsar Search" WU's.
How do I do this; what changes do I need to make in Preferences and in BOINC??? Thanks for the assistance.

Changes in Boinc, none.
Go to your Einstein@home prefs and opt to run Binary Radio Pulsar Search (Arecibo, GPU) and Binary Radio Pulsar Search (Perseus Arm Survey) tasks. Deselect the others. Currently there are no work for the Arecibo search but if and when new data comes in your set up to go.
Then edit the utilization factors for BRP apps, set it to 0.5 for 2 tasks at a time, 0.33 for 3.
Next time you download work for your GPU the utilization setting is picked up and takes effect. A simple update in Boinc will not work for the utilization factor.

Today is the first day that my GPU is crunching two WU's at a time. It seems to be stable, and is at 65 C. If it continues this way; should I increase it to crunch three at a time??? What is the maximum my GTX760 can handle?
My system specs are:
AMD A6-6400K, APU with Radeon HD Graphics 3.89 GHz dual core, 4 GB 1600 MHz RAM, Asus Micro ATX board A58M-A with USB 3.0, CD/DVD Dual Layer drive, NVIDIA GTX760 2 GB GDDR5, Western Digital SATA 250 GB drive, Fractal Design Micro ATX Case with large front fan, Antec TruePower/Gold 550 Watt PSU, Logitech Cordless Keyboard K350, Logitech M510 Cordless Mouse, Comodo Internet Security, Spybot Search and Destroy 2.0 all on Win XP Pro x64 with ALL Updates; except hardware updates. I installed Comodo IceDragon 26.0.0.2 with XMarks, Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, and Forecastfox. Firefox 29.01 with XMarks, Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, and Oracle Java 32 and 64 Bit. I also installed Apache OpenOffice 4.1.0.
I'm crunching SETI@Home at 45%, SETI Beta at 35%, and Einstein at 20%.

System seems to crunch one WU at a time in 1 Hr. and 50 Minutes. Two Wu's at a time in about 2.5 Hours.

With 2GB of RAM you may be able to crunch as many as five or six concurrent tasks but I suspect your dual core CPU will be quite a limiting factor. All you can do is experiment, increasing one extra concurrent task at a time. When trying three or four, you should free up a CPU core through your BOINC computing preferences since that won't kick in automatically (0.2 CPUs per task) until you get to five and five will probably be too many anyway.
Nobody can really tell you for sure unless they have exactly the same setup as you. You have to do the experiments for yourself. Then you can tell us all about it :-).
EDIT: I am assuming that you will be paying close attention to temperatures and that you won't try to push things beyond the capabilities of your hardware. I'd probably be most worried about your CPU and motherboard - particularly if you only have a stock heat sink/fan.

I'm not doing any CPU crunching, at all... So, both CPU cores are free... One will be feeding the GPU.
Yes, the heat sink and fan are stock. The heat sink is pretty beefy; though, I'm not sure about the CPU fan. If it becomes an issue, I'll have Central Computer's in Pleasanton, CA (the builders of my system), upgrade them.
I don't think I want to go above four WU's at a time, anyway. (I assume the setting for this is .25, right.) I will set it to .33 today to start crunching three at a time. I will post another update when that takes effect.

Well, actually, it took 3:57 to crunch two WU's at a time. We'll see what happens for three at a time... It may not be worth it; however, heat never went above 65 C on the GPU.
I installed CPUID's Hardware Monitor to monitor the entire system. Everything looks normal.
MB at 44 C on Einstein, 46 C on SETI and SETI Beta.
MB Fan sensors state:
Fanin0 2700 rpm
Fanin1 1170 rpm
One of those must be the CPU fan, and the other is the large case fan on the front of the case.
CPU Temps range from 71 C to 82 C crunching all WU's on GPU.
GPU Fan Speed is hovering around 2130 rpm which seems to be holding the GPU temp between 68 and 71 C for SETI and SETI Beta. ...and, around 64 to 65 C on Einstein.
I still have 11 Gama Ray WU's to crunch through before I'm on all BRP's.

Be careful to also check on gpu load, you don't want too much on it as that is when it can heat up quickly too.
