I have two machines processing for E&H both running Ubuntu 12.04 with a 650 Ti in both. One machine uses the NVIDIA drivers 304.88 driver and the other uses 331.13 driver.
My concern: both machines are processing various types of WUs and receiving credit, BUT all jobs are reporting missing files.
Example:
perseus arm
Checkpoint file unavailable: status.cpt (No such file or directory).

INFO: No checkpoint checkpoint.cpt found - starting from scratch

Do I have a reason for concern?

Please note that the various messages are labeled [INFO] ... rather than [ERROR]... so there really is no problem. When a science app starts, it may be starting from scratch or it may be picking up from a previously saved checkpoint. Also because some jobs are actually supersized, consisting of a number of smaller tasks bundled together, each time a new mini-task is started there will be one of these [INFO] messages to announce that "no checkpoint was found" and we are "starting from scratch".
