I can't get to many of the forums... Keep getting error message: The connection has timed out.
Has been happening for at least 11 hours now.

I'm in the USA, Dallas / Fort Worth meto area.
Have been receiving email notifications of new post's in the group but can't get to the specific forum.
I can go to the main forums list and see that there are new post's.

I'm not sure why that would be. I've not noticed any difficulties reading the forums today.
I've just tried the one you quoted with no problems - apart from the usual slowness. That's pretty normal, perhaps a tiny bit slower than usual. Probably affected by the Seti influx.
