I live in Montclair, VA which is about 30 miles South of Washington DC. I have been in my house for over 25 years and until the market comes back am not moving! My home is now worth over 3 times what I paid for it, but where I want to move to, the beach, is still just out of my reach. In a few years I should be good to go though as the US Military and Congress are doing their Military Base realignment thingy, it turns out my home is near enough to alot of the ones being expanded!
As for the time it is now 8:20AM and time to WAKE UP!!!
