Will Low Hash Rate graphic cards still operate effectively at crunching data for Einstein@Home and other Bonic projects?

There are only 10 kind of people in the world, those that understand binary and those that don't!

I strongly suspect so, the LHR is supposed to ONLY affect the ability of the Etherium miners, not any other functions like BOINC and specifically Einstein@home.

We'll have to wait and see who gets one of these cards.

LHR only affects Ethereum. if

LHR only affects Ethereum. if you're not mining Ethereum you will not see any limitation. performance will be as it should be for the level of hardware.

I have a 3080ti. it's LHR, and about 20% faster than a 2080ti at GR tasks, though einstein isnt very optimized for nvidia. this is a pretty good speedup.
