I'm guessing you have set this box to yes:
Use INTEL GPU
Enforced by version 7.0.27+ yes no

AND you have loaded the Intel drivers that will let you crunch too? Just like an AMD or Nvidia gpu you need to load Intel drivers that will let you crunch, not just the MS ones. When I look at my own laptop that can crunch I see this:
INTEL Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 (1624MB) OpenCL: 1.2

But when I look at your pc I see this:
INTEL Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 (1589MB)

I crunched with mine for a total of 3 workunits and then quit because of the heat and it has been along time since I did it and do not remember where I got the drivers from. But the Cruncher's Corner http://einsteinathome.org/community/forum/17 section of the message boards here might help.

The answer for what to do is in this part of the log entries you posted.

Just go to your account page, click on 'view your computers', and click on the date entry for that host in the far right column whose heading says "Last Contact". This gives you the scheduler log entry which tells you exactly why the scheduler refused to send any work to that machine. In this case the answer is that the driver you are using is not one of the acceptable versions and is likely to give errors rather than valid results. You should downgrade to an earlier version that is more likely to work properly.

There are sticky threads in both "Technical News" and "Problems ..." which contain information about those driver versions that give the best results. You have to use a version that the scheduler will accept and this is specified in the scheduler log. I don't run Windows so I don't know off-hand what the best version to use is. Just browse through the two sticky threads about Intel GPUs.

Cheers,
Gary.

Holy Sh..!

I replaced the Driver to Ver. 1018103496 about March 2014 and the Host
began to crunch! Thanks to Gary.

But...
Why to Hell is this App so much faster (1st run 21 min.) than other gpu app's?
My GTX 960 4G needs about 7 times more of time (ID: 11787251)!!!
I will wait for the granted credits and perhaps throw my GTX away! ;-)

They are not doing the same amount of work!
For the BRP4/BRP4G searches the work for Nvidia and AMD cards are actually 16 tasks bundled into one, so you would need to run 16 tasks on the Intel GPU before you have done an equal amount of work.
