Hallo!
I´m also interested in that.
I have 2 graghiccards running. Do I need just one app_info-file for both cards as they are of different capabilities (GT440 und GTX550Ti)?
Question to the administrator:
Would it become possible to concentrate all - or at minimum the most important - messages concerning the installation of crunching multiple tasks on one gpu at one place in this forum? Or to get a list of them and mark this as permanent?
But you can run two instances of the BOINC manager, and configure each to ONLY use one of the graphics cards...

Boinc Manager is the GUI and only displays what the boinc client is doing, so what you are saying is run two instances of the Manager, this will display the same client information twice,
What you really mean is you can run two instances of the Boinc client (aka boinc.exe) in separate directories, then separately connect a Manager to each client,

Me too, but you've got 2 different GPU's, the GTX550Ti has 192 Cuda-cores, the GT440 has 96 Cuda-cores and a 128bit-memory-bus. GT440.
Running 2 should be possible, if the GTX550Ti has enough RAM, but I doubt if the GT440 is worth the effort. It has half the CUDA-Cores, compaired to the
GTX550Ti.
I'd rather use 1 GTX470/480/560?/570/580, cause, depending on the amount
of memory, you can run 2 or 3 instances per GPU.
Only need a Mobo with 1 PCIe 2.0/1 x16 slot, which are usually cheaper.
But, ones mileage can/may vary, as they say.......;-)
Here's my app_info.xml for CUDA-only crunching, made from client_state.xml. It's even smaller then your's. Crunching with 2xGTX285 3CUDA units per card.
I need a recent app_info.xml
)
I've come up with this for GPU-cuda only crunching:

You can only have one

You can only have one app_info.xml in your project folder.

You can run more than one GPU unit at once? I have a 570 and it's only ever utilized to about 60%. I can get another WU running to push it to 100%?

yes you can use the app_info.xml posted in this thread:
