I am writing to let you all know that I am leaving my current position at UW-Milwaukee and will thus be leaving the Einstein@Home project team. I have had a great experience working on E@H and learning about volunteer computing in general. I am impressed with the community that you have built here. I wish you all the best with your gravitational wave and pulsar searches.

I do hope you'll consider being a volunteer just like the rest of us and donate some of your spare computing power to this great cause!

Good luck on your future endeavors!

Shawn, I very much

Shawn,
I very much appreciated your support over the time you were involved with this project.  You gave us timely advice about updates/changes behind the scenes and were quick to respond to people having issues that needed 'admin' intervention.  Thank you for your willingness to do that.

I wish you all the best with whatever the future holds for you.

I have just one final 'support' question.  Will there be a new person to carry on your previous role? -- and have you properly trained that person to be as effective as yourself? :-).

All the best,
Gary Roberts.

Cheers,
Gary.

Gary, Unfortunately I believe right now there is no one to step into this support role. I hope the team can find someone at somepoint to help.

And to answer another person's question, I plan to keep my home computer crunching for E@H.
