I noticed a decrease in fan speed on my server running 2012R2 and found that there was only 5 tasks running this morning. Looked at the task list and all are marked as "Ready for upload" or "Uploading". I went to the transfers tab and saw that each was listed as "project backoff". The project tab has "Communication deferred". I went to the Einstein site to check news and I'm getting cert errors. I'm currently accessing the site on my laptop so I know its working. Any ideas?

We have problems with certificates on Debian but Windows should be fine because we made sure to have the correct certificates. For uploads we don't even use HTTPS. The last contact of your host from April 1 at 16:30 UTC reported two tasks which means they got uploaded fine. You also got two new tasks with that request and you still have 71 others on that machine.

Can you activate the http_debug and http_xfer_debug logflags in the manager and post some of the error messages you see for those tasks that show upload problems?
