I've down loaded Boinc, but when I type in the URL I get project not found. Now what?

Make sure you are putting in the URL that was in your email, and You need to go to the "Change password" link on the "Your account" page this is a direct link and set up a password. Use that instead of your account key when you connect to the project. The "Getting Started" instructions haven't been updated with the procedure required for the current version of BOINC.
