I have removed and reinstalled twice and the machine is stuck on this and is continuously restarting the work. I have tried to reset the project as another message suggested but no effect.

There are a couple of things you might like to do differently next time you need help. Please take this as a tip, not as a complaint.
First, if it is a 'problem or bug', please post on the Problems and Bug Reports forum, linked off the Message Boards page.
Second, please put something in the title that helps others to see what the nature of the problem is: this means that another user with the same problem can add to your thread rather than stumble across it by chance (as I did).
It is great to ask for help when you need it. Things are fairly relaxed here, so the help will often come even if you ask in the wrong place. It is even more likely arrive if you signpost your request like I've suggested. Keep the cafe for fun postings, and the other boards for their respective purposes.
