Have gravity-waves been detected by the LIGO antennas? I guess what I'm asking is there now a direct measurement of gravity-waves?

None so far AFAIK. But visit the LIGO and VIRGO sites to learn what has been achieved.

But we at Einstein@home have rediscovered 54 binary pulsars so far by processing radio data from the Arecibo radiotelescope.

I would be interested in knowing what, if anything, has been learned by virtue of our rediscovered binary pulsars.

Well, with a bit of luck we'll find some new pulsars. There's bound to be many more yet to discover.
So I guess re-discovery of known pulsars gives us confidence that the process ( ABP pipeline ) works. Be sad if the ABP's couldn't find what was already known by other techniques .....

Finding new pulsars would be like the holy grail, but refining parameters is a good enough reason. That's the way science works. It would be nice if the Admins could give us more details, such as notifying us of papers they have published or plan to publish...
