Hallo!

The data from the merging http://www.aei.mpg.de/2297425/gw170817-revisited neutronstars of GW170817 have been revisited, giving more precise the radii of the stars and the equation of state etc.. Also a new impressiv simulation of the merging process is shown.

The measurements giving credible constraints on the pressure as a function of density certainly puts the 'um' in quantum, doesn't it? What a grand thing it must be, to be nearly a black hole.
