I would guess that testing for a new GW run has commenced. I imagine that entries for O1OD1 will be created at some point well before a production run would commence. There is very limited supply so far - the server status page says 201 workunits which means 402 primary tasks. There is obviously some problem since 67 have already failed with no successes reported. The 469 total right at the moment I looked is the 402 primary tasks plus 67 resends to replace the failed tasks. Whatever the problem is, it may not get fixed until Monday.
The only people affected would be those who have accepted the running of test apps. To avoid getting any more of these until the problem is fixed, you could temporarily disable receiving test apps.

The problem is that someone's running an alpha test on a productive system. I thought that's what Albert is for.
The application is marked as "Beta test", so you should only get it when you opt-in for "Beta test work" in your preferences.
I can't get any with CPU selected, a GPU app (since one is required to be selected for it to save) and Run test applications selected. I only want to run this CPU only app. I split my GPU and CPU work into separate clients for multiple reasons with one being that E@H names CPU/GPU apps the same which screws the ave run times.

When I read "beta test" I expect that the application has gone through some previous testing and is known to work without obvious issues. I hope I don't expect too much, in that case I'd rather not accept beta tasks.
Me neither, and I've tried various settings. I get FGRP tasks if I accept them, else I get nothing.
If you watch the server status page you can see the O1OD1 tasks being sent slowly. At a normal rate those few hundred tasks should be long gone, maybe they are reserved for selected hosts.
