Thank you, but...
Maybe I didn't understand well the rules, but for the WU H1_0443.9__0444.4_0.1_T06_Test02
I claimed 106.70 and got 108.27 while another contributer claimed 91.17 (and also got 108.27).

Yes, the high and low values claimed are dropped, then the remaining values are averaged.

Question on team swapping ..... In seti (classic) when a user jumped to a different team all his credits went with him ... has this bug been corrected in E@H ???

Yes, teams only accumulate credit from users when the users are in the team.

Not for every WU it seems Bruce, this Validated WU still received the low credit claimed out of 4 results turned in ...

Nope, it's right.
Initially the validation quorum consisted of 3 results. These were the successful ones, NOT including result #1164019. One of these was found to be invalid. In this case, where only two valid result remained, the credit granted is determined by the SETI@home algorithm:
// - if N==1, give that credit
// - if N==2, give min credit
// - if N>2, toss out min and max, give average of rest
Hence the credit granted was 42.77. When result #1164019 arrived later, it was found to be valid and given the same credit of 42.77
