On 2 machines now i noticed that running GPU tasks go slightly quicker when also running 1 CPU task at the same time. If running 2 CPU's it's slower on the GPU tasks. I would expect the quickest times when running no CPU tasks. Any ideas on how this works?

In my case, there are 1CPU crunching together with one of my GPUs, and I don´t understand why, but I have 2GPUs and now I can´t crunch 2 GPUs tasks at the same times, and finally, when this happens the PC get block in preiods of 3 or 4 seconds...I want to know why...

Senamun, I'd have to dig up my old data to be quantitative, but, yes, I have seen cases where the GPU work seems to be "potentiated" by the presence of some (not a lot) CPU work running at the same time.
I don't have a clear guess, let alone a theory, as to why this happens. I won't speculate on how it varies across CPU architectures, GPU code, and the many other variables which might modulate it.
