There seems to be some problems when unlike OSes are paired with each other. You were initially paired with a Linux machine. When the two results were returned and the validator ran, it judged them to be sufficiently different as to need a third result to compare to. That third result went out to a Linux machine. When it came back and the validator reran, it judged the two Linux result similar and awarded credits. Your Windows result was marked invalid.

This one is actually somewhat interesting because the valid pair was Linux/Mac and you were windows.
If you find your results not validating against other windows machines then it's time to take a look at other things like bad RAM, heat, etc.
i think , the E@H of windows has some bug , i lost about 3000 points since S5 , on linux machines and windows XP machines . some xp machines are nodes of a cluster , no bad RAM, and temperature is low
