    I reset the project to see if the issue will correct itself. Based on the number of projects I have running on BOINC and the time schedule I am using under program options, 15 min. rotation, it should take about 23 hours to complete one (1) E@H WU. I have been watching the up and down loading and everything seemed to have been operating normally. No that I have seen this error message I don't know what to think.

      You should at least let the programs switch by the default setting or longer...15 minutes just gives the project time to start working and it switches. 60 minutes is default.
