I can't find the link to join or found a teamon einstein@home. Is this option not available?

You can search for Teams by going to the Community section of the site by clicking on "Community" in the black navigation bar at the top of the site, then just under it and to the left there should be 3 links and one of them should read "Teams". From there you should be able to brows or search for a team, once you found one and clicked on it's name to get the team page there should be a link to the right to join that team.
Note that if you're already a member of a team then the link to join another won't show unless you first leave the current team.
