I was looking at why I got a compute error (and 3 other wingmen also did). Here is the WU detail:

http://einsteinathome.org/workunit/46588999

here are my results
http://einsteinathome.org/task/114155202

note that my 64 bit linux system went thru all the 841 steps that the two intel 32bit windows systems did. I even got a "done, calling boinc_finish(0)" but during the cleanup the LALDestroyMultiNoiseWeights failed to release memory (i am assuming)

Anyway, I was wondering why my 64bit linux system failed but the 32bit windows ones worked.

Is there a way I could run that work unit standalone? I have two other linux systems, one 64 bit the other 32 and would be interested in debugging. Could the failure be in /lib32/libc.so.6? I know how to debug the standalone seti as it is just a matter of renaming the WU to "work_unit.sah" and running standalone. I do not know how einstein debugs work.

thanks for looking

error freeing objects after "done"

I just read the warning about running the CPU at anything less then 100% I had been running 95% so possibly this was the problem.

Hi! This is a known

Hi!

This is a known problem that was fixed in the new app for the S5R5 run. It happens very rarely when the app is interrupted in the relatively short timespan between having computing the very last step in the computation and saving the final result. When it resumes work the next time, it realizes that nothing has to be done anymore for the computation and stumbles. Once you run out of S5R4 work and the app is upgraded automatically to S5R5, this should not happen again. Sorry for the inconveniences.
