question:  (example only) if you joined einstein with the usser/email account abc@some_email can you delete that email account without effecting your einstein@home account i.e. will you still be able to login to einstein using abc@some_email or does einstein@home check to ensure that your email account exists.

I am trying to cut back on email accounts.

Go to your Credentials

Go to your Credentials section on your home Einstein page and you can change your email address there without it affecting your account.

Like GWGEORGE007 said, you can simply change the e-mail on your Einstein@home account.

If you simply want to delete your e-mail account, it won't affect the Einstein account at all.

Don't worry, it may take a day or two to get BOINCstats to catch up.

.....[EDIT].....

The reason BOINCstats takes awhile for their "stats" to catch up is the sampling rates of the different servers, and the BOINC project servers are from different locations than the BOINCstats server(s).
