Einstein quota.

I wanted to change the quota on all of my projects, normal is 100, I wanted to up this to 200, so that when I add a new project, it goes in at 100 and thus at a lower priority than my known working projects. It can stay there until I have seen a few work units run and can make a decision to upgrade it or delete it. All my other projeccts, this was easy, but here, I can't find the setting.
