Just wonder... what cause such errors? Seems like the files have been deleted or?

I case you still have trouble, check your anti virus program, or firewall.
Some of the latest AV&FW programs are very rigorous and remove things they don't like the look of without even notifying you. Always exclude the BOINC Data directory from being actively scanned by your anti-malware programs. And only scan inside the data directory with BOINC not running.

Re: antivirus scanning
COMODO warns about a missing digital certificate, and full access in a Defense+ Alert popup:
"einstein_S5GC1HF_3.06_windows_intelx86__S5GCESSE2.exe could not be recognized and requests unlimited access to your computer. ... Unidentified Publisher"
"The publisher of einstein_S5GC1HF_3.06_windows_intelx86__S5GCESSE2.exe has NOT digitally signed their application. Hence the origin of this application should not be trusted. ... "
I'm not certain, but I believe this check occurs before runtime, not during disk scanning.
Adding a digital certificate to our software is one thing we could do to proactively cooperate with virus protection SW and eliminate this problem.

Ah yes, Comodo expecting

Ah yes, Comodo expecting companies to go pay them to get their applications digitally signed. Nice way to get money in, just make sure to declare everything out there not digitally signed and then sit back..
Or see this thread, more specifically this post by Paul Milton showing you the workaround.
By the way, Einstein applications are digitally signed, they're just not signed against any AV vendor's specific wish.
