No politics, just

No politics, just Philosophy

Today's Deep Thought,

I think the life cycle is all backwards. You should die first, start
out dead and get it out of the way. Then you wake up in an old age home
feeling better every day.. You get kicked out for being too healthy, go
collect your pension, then, when you start work, you get a gold watch
on your first day. You work 40 years until you're young enough to enjoy
your retirement. You drink alcohol, you party, you're generally
promiscuous and you get ready for High School. You go to primary
school, you become a kid, you play, you have no responsibilities, you
become a baby, then, you spend your last 9 Months floating peacefully
with luxuries like central heating, spa, room service on tap, larger
quarters everyday, and finally you finish off as an orgasm.

Nope, the thread just reached 300 posts..the traditional number for closing it and starting another to spare those on dialup.

Or if peeps on dialup (I choke saying that word) would set their forum prefs to perhaps first and last ten posts...simple enough. Either way is good by me.

I resemble that dialup remark...I've been too busy procrastinating to try to isolate the problem with my DSL...So i'm draggin' my hiney across the internet at sublight speed...But just now i'm posting from work so the speed is good...But yeah...changing the forum preferences really works...I sufferred slowly in silence for several days until a gentleman from the Pitcairn Islands reminded me that i could do it.

Gee, and I thought it was all

Gee, and I thought it was all my fault. So much for what Sister Agnes taught me at Our Lady of Perpetual Guilt!

I've checked out threads over there and some remind me of a Pandora concert.

(cough)...I meant "Pantera". Go back 5 spaces, lose a turn and receive a severe thrashing from the spirit of Darrell Abbott.
