I have an ATI machine which will have a display driver crash 100% of the time when running E@H, usually after just a few minutes. This causes WUs to stop progressing although they don't error out. BOINC will keep on them infinitely until I abort them.

Using Catalyst 13.4 and have E@H set for 2 WUs per GPU, though I have the same issue with 1 WU per GPU.

Thanks in advance for any help!

E@H Causes Driver Crash

Hi Matt,
I use two systems with similar hardware. Had these problems earlier with older drivers.
Your driver is not up to date, some generations newer driver is available.
In case you overclocked your system, try to return to standard clock.
2 wu's are no problem on HD78xx GPU.

Thanks, Alex. That did the trick. I updated my driver to 13.9 and we're back to normal operation. I hadn't even considered that as a real possibility since all other projects were working well with 13.4.

Successfully running 2 WUs at once on the 7950 now.
