I'm not the team founder on Einstein, so I can't check that this is definitely correct, but this is how on other projects, and I can't see Einstein being different.
Log into your account page. Look for the Team options. This should give you links to the team you're in, an option to leave the team, and management functions. Select management functions. This gives you several other links, one of which is edit team info.
Only the team founder can see the management functions link.
