Hi,

I searched but found no answer, about setting the daily schedule for twice a day in computing preference, I am using local not web preference.

For not crunching between 11:00-19:00.

I may go on Time of Day with the electric company, 00:00-11:00 and 19:00-23:59 are non peak hours, less expensive.

So how would the daily schedule be set to crunch twice a day, 00:00-11:00 and 19:00-23:59?

Thank you, Stu

I think you should think of

I think you should think of that as once a day. I think if you specify between 19:00 and 11:00 you will get the behavior you say you want.

Thanks archae86, I thought

Thanks archae86,

I thought of that also, but the 00:00-11:00 part is the next day, wouldn't the scheduler then based on instructions of 19:00 to 11:00 conflict? (I suppose I can try it to find out)

Thanks,

Stu

I have set my preferences for "Compute only between:"  to 23:00 to 06:00. As a result my computer only crunches between 2300 to 0600 the next day. I believe it will work for you as expected. If not, please let us know.
