Looked all over for an answer to this but haven't seen anywhere that it's answered. I have 21 WU's stacked up with over 700+ claimed credits. The oldest looks like it expires on June 13/14th. Has something happened to the servers since they went down that they aren't processing credits anymore?

If anything, it's probably due to the new exponential backoff implemented in 5.4.9, just noticed that I've got one host that is still backed off for another 3+ days.

This one?
At least three results must be returned to check if the result is valid. Afterwards credit is granted.

I just upgraded to the new 5.4 version yesterday. Allthe others were done with 5.2. I thought it might have something to do with the weekend the servers went down and the aftermath. I'm getting credits still passing through but the majority of these are backlogs.

Your upgrade to 5.4.9 isn't affecting your results, it's the fact that others who have the same wu (the quorum to be) are using it. Note its only speculation that this is the cause, but with 5.4.9 the exponential backoff was altered so that maximum backoff was reached quicker and Einstein had two outages quite close together.
The validators are working, so you will get your credits, just hang in there :)
