Hi all, i have posted this before but just never got any answers

i have a whole lot of credits from crunching data, but what can i actually do with them?

if the answer is nothing then i am thinking about opting out of this project and looking at cryptomining through this site, but hoe do i get out of E@H and into a cryptomining project?

you can't do anything with

you can't do anything with the credits. there is no "withdraw". they exist only for leaderboard ranking.

if you want to earn some crypto, you can earn Gridcoins via contribution to BOINC (there's a project whitelist, and Einstein is on it). you will need to follow their setup instructions on the gridcoin website.

Your computers are hidden so it's hard to say how much you would earn cryptomining BitCoins or some of the other higher level ones as most gpu's have been pushed out by the Asic miners but as Ian&Steve said you can get into GridCoins and earn them just for crunching the White Listed Projects, with both cpu's and gpu's, or Folding@home.

Gridcoin incentivizes BOINC

Gridcoin incentivizes BOINC and folding@home contributions.  You will not get credit for past work though.

If you take all of your credits and $10US you can go down to your local pastry or coffee shop and buy something BUT without the $10US you are NOT going to be able to buy anything!! Credits are for bragging rights and to see how you are doing as compared to other people at the same Project, nothing more.

But only at these projects:

The ONLY Boinc projects that count towards earning GridCoins are on the WhiteList, yes it's out of date but it IS the latest one, lines 3 thru 24.

I don't personally do Folding@home so have no idea how that works.
