Is there a way to increase the rate at which my programs are processed ? I realize you may allot a greater percentage to different projects. However, I would like to know if there is a line of code somewhere in the BOINC software which dictates how fast the projects are allowed to work ? Or is it a set rate solely dependent on the individual's computer ?

In other words... How can I process more data, faster.

Thanks in advance if anyone out their can shed some light on my situation.

CPU BOOST

It's set in the application that it uses the lowest priority, not in BOINC. So if you want to crunch faster, the only way you can do so is to get a faster CPU, or multiple (fast) CPUs.

How can I use all of my

How can I use all of my laptop for BOINC when it is free ? It is a moderate computer( Gateway, 1.6 Ghz, 80Gb Hardrive, 578 RAM )
It hardly uses any power, and I would like to maximize the thing ?
