configuration for cpu only wu?

the einstein preferences i was referring to there were the "Preferences for this project" school preferences. the other, global preferences were set in seti.

with these two comments, i went back and verified all preferences and venues and the settings were correct. when i looked at that machine again, i set the preferences to default, saved, then to school, saved again then issued a an update and got the following:

so it appears the "(blocked by prefs)" on the last line was what we were trying to accomplish right? i turned back on the work fetch but the settings on that computer are for a cache of 0.25 days so ill have to wait until later to see the behavior when einstein requests more work.
