I use a client for SETI@home is optimized for SSE3 instructions. Is there te same for Einstein@home ?

Einstein is not open code, so only optimization comes from the team themselves.
The current run is running not optimized at the moment, as they are still chasing a few bugs. Once those are cleared, they will work on optimization.
