I can't access my old email account (I left the organisation, and the email account was shut down 12 months later). I also don't know the old password for the einstein@home account. I can log in to the einstein@home account using the authenticator code, but I can't update the email account without the password, and I cant change the password without access to the email account. Please help!

If you can log into the system with a BOINC authenticator, please try the following. Please send me a Private message. Either click on "SEND MESSAGE" below my username or go to Account -> Messages. Send me two things 1) a new email address 2) a temporary password. Then I will reset your account information and send you another PM in response.

Afterwards you will login again and go to Account -> Credentials. Then please change both your password to a new (strong) passphrase.
