Hi,

I just finished my third WU which got me 0 credit after about 20 hours computing. Now it seems the fourth just started because a Linux box and my Windows Box are doing the work which I understand will not be compatible. Is it possible and/or advisable to stop this early and try new ones to save the computing time?

Thanks for your help.

At this point I would say no, let them run. Your host is using the latest app available and the current result will go through the mill uinder the new validator as well. So the odds of this one passing are just as good as they will be for the next one you get.

Also aborting it because you see you have dissimilar hosts defeats the whole purpose of the current testing, which is to see if the team has fixed this problem in the first place.

Between the 4.24 windows app

Between the 4.24 windows app and an updated validator, most of the cross platform validation problems have been fixed. This in turn means that the ones that are still occuring will be more closely examined to figure out where the remaining bugs are coming from.
