I'm able to see the list of messages, but clicking on one results in a blank post with the title "(no title)". Is this a temporary problem, or has data been lost?

assuming someone else can read this,

The database got messed up. We are trying to figure out exactly what went wrong and how to prevent the problem in the future.

I fixed the database and every thing *should* be working now.

thanks for the quick "fix"...glad to see things up and running so quickly. :) I hope you're able to get to (and solve) the source(s) of the problem!

Just to follow up -- I was

Just to follow up -- I was doing an 'experiment' on our server and apparently the OS ran out of memory. The Linux kernel is famous for not dealing gracefully with this situation, and dealt with it in this case by killing the database server process. It took about 15 minutes before David and I realized what had happened, cleaned up the mess, and restarted it.

Sorry about that!

Cheers,
Bruce
