Thanks for calling this to my attention. I HAD cancelled this WU some time ago but apparently not successfully. I have cancelled it again. I'll try to write a script to grant credit to users for this work, since it would be fair to give credit in this case.
UPDATE MAY 14, 2005
I have granted credit to those users who claimed credit for this failed WU. Credit granted was equal to credit claimed in all cases. Unless someone shouts I am going to repeat this for all WU which have been cancelled or encountered a serious error.

I have granted credit to all users/hosts/teams who did work on a WU that was subsequently canceled. Credit granted was equal to credit claimed in all cases. I will continue this policy in the future.
