BRP (Perseus Arm Survey) v1.39 absent file

I now had two errored BRP (Perseus Arm Survey) Wu's error when the GPU has got suspended, once on the GTX460, and once on the HD7770:

the ATI one was close to completion when it was suspended, (I was checking preference settings for a post to the Boinc Forum),
I changed my prefences to suspend CPU and GPU usage while in use, noticed the CPU Wu's hadn't suspended, changed the activity menu so they did, and the BRP ATI Wu errored with a absent file,
Boinc is very unhelpful in not reporting the app's progress up to then, and only reports the following:

The BRP app's problem could be a Boinc problem, or a app/api problem, I've also reported it to the boinc alpha list because of the missing BRP app's stderr.txt entry, and the Seti Cuda app's missing stderr.txt entry too.
