Is Boinc suspended now or just my copy?

I recently had to re-install Boinc, 4-15-05. It looks like the installation went ok, but I get the message that Boinc is suspended. Is this for Boinc in general or have I screwed up the installation?

In the BOINC manager, File option, you have the option to change it. I have mine set to "Run based on Preferences" - so it uses the options you set up when you joined the project(s).

Happy ending from original poster. After a few tries at uninstalling and reinstalling Boinc, I keep getting the same problem. Suspended. Together with this, the Boinc name on Windows "all program" showed just the Boinc manager, but not the Boinc read me or the uninstall option. Soooo. Deleted everything including work in progress, and one notice of completed work. Then download Boinc again to disc. This time all is well. :) Thanks to all who took an interest.
