my Einstein@home project was completed and sent to server 3 hours before the deadline. but the results show that the project was completed too late to be succesfull.

It would be easier if you gave a link to the task you are talking about. I had a look through your list of tasks and found this particular workunit where your task is the bottom one on the list of three. Is that the task you are referring to?
You will notice that the second task in that list was issued on 21 Aug 2020 16:12:38 UTC. The deadline is 14 days so that 2nd task exceeded its deadline on 4 Sep 2020 16:12:38 UTC. An extra copy was issued to your computer around 15 mins later at 4 Sep 2020 16:27:27 UTC. You should have had a 14 day deadline as well so the deadline should certainly not have expired already. I'm not sure how you came to the 3 hours estimate, unless there are incredibly short deadlines for resend tasks like this. I'm certainly not aware of that.
It looks very much like a server-side bug because the 2nd task on that list finally got crunched and returned around 18 hours after its deadline when the quorum was still 'open' as your task was still in progress. The late return of the second task seems to have 'closed' the quorum prematurely and that is not the usual behaviour. In the past, resend tasks like yours would be granted credit if returned prior to their own particular deadline, as yours certainly was.
This seems to be a bug that needs to be fixed so I'll ask the staff to have a look at this particular case. Hopefully this is the one you were concerned about.
