Can someone help me I have been running Einstein@home now for about a year and this is the first time I have had any problems. I have 11 tasks that constantly say upload: pending (project backoff and a bunch of numbers counting down). When numbers count down to 00:00:00 they reset and start counting down again. I have seen this before except it usually starts uploading after about 2 hours. This time it has been this way for almost 5 days now.
What should I do to prevent my tasks from going past there expiration time before the results are uploaded?

boinc not uploading results
)
Have you tried closing Boinc and restarting it? Maybe your internet needs to be reset as well "router reset". Mine have been fine uploading.

I have a common issue: it just sits there and doesn't even start uploading, have done the routine, any suggestions?

Are you speaking of "uploading" or "reporting"?

The WU finished normally but won't upload.
Is your BOINC manager's

Is your BOINC manager's Activity menu set to "Network activity always available"?
Are there any hints in the BOINC event log?

Other Einsteins [and other projects] are downloading and uploading around it.
. . . that is part of what makes this so strange. Been watching to see if my wingperson reports it, but so far nothing. Beginning to think it is a bad WU.
Here is the WU: 155764814
Can you please post the Event

Can you please post the Event Log messages for such a botched upload?
You can find the Event Log by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+E, when in Advanced view.

Have you tried to manually update?
RE: Have you tried to

I've suspended/resumed, disabled network activity/resume, even did a shutdown/start. . .
. . . nothing helps
Am interested if my wingman reports it, so far he hasn't.
. . . if he reports/aborts it, I will summarily abort it, otherwise I will just let it go no report.
I'm pretty convinced that it is a bad WU.
A bad task will always
)
A bad task will always upload. What it normally won't do is be calculated without an error message. Not uploading is caused mostly by the server not being available, or another glitch between your computer and the project. I asked for the Event Log around such a botched upload, mind giving that?
The Event Log should give a reason why the upload does not go through.
