After I have increased the download interval from .1 days to 2.0 days the log is repeatingly telling about requesting additional work. Is there any workaround to stop this behaviour?

I see you're using CC4.37 .. We all had that problem in that version, so I would say to update to CC4.43

The new OS X- Version looks a little betaish, IMHO at least. One has to manually move the old files to a new location and the same amount of processor time is rewarded with less credits than before. Besides that there are some interface issues as well.

And the project home page states that any version > 4.19 can be used.
