Hallo,
i have a little arm board with 4 arm cpu. It's runs with opensuse 12.3.

Processor features: swp half thumb fastmult vfp edsp thumbee neon vfpv3 tls

How must the string be, that I get a optimized version like ...neon? Now I send "arm-unknown-linux-gnueabihf"

So I crunch with einsteinbinary_BRP4_1.06_arm-unknown-linux-gnueabihf, but I think that is very slow.

We don't have an ARM NEON version for general Linux. ATM I think the ARM port isn't even in the public source code yet. You may have a try with the Android NEON App, or try to hack the build script yourself. The main thing is to tell fftw to make use of NEON. You may also ask Heinz-Bernd (Bikeman) whether he has the time to build you a custom app version.

I don't think the Android NEON app will work, Android uses a different Floating Point ABI (the convention by which floating point numbers are passed to functions etc) than Raspian Linux (and apparently OpenSuse for ARM).
