Are task pages locked?

They certainly look so for me: three tasks shown in progress have all been completed and uploaded now, but don´t show anywhere, not on the valid, invalid, error or pending pages. OTOH, I am now processing two WUs not reported as such on the ´In progress´ page.
I know that at least two of the reports made it to Pending status, because my account page shows two more than the server, but that´s about all. Upload was stuck at some point last night, because of maintenance. Has that not been fully completed now?
