same problem twice in a row ("validation error") for WU's 7996225 and 8005087, both for z1_1352.0__

These WU's were treated by three different applications: the culprit does not seem to be the application.

First, "Checked, but no consensus yet" is not bad per se. It just means
that all three host returned different results.

So the culprit does seem to be the application. If you have a look at this WU, you can see that every host used a different application: D41.14, S41.07 and albert_4.40_i686-pc-linux-gnu.

There might still be a problem with the validator though....

If I were new in E@H I would

If I were new in E@H I would some technical offical expect to

(a) post an answer
(b) shut down the upload servers to avoid WU suicide

But since I'm already disenchanted I know nothing like that will happen. So I start a "mourn the workunits" thread.

That's not the problem. I checked several of my invalid results, and many of them are treated by two oficial apllications and one mine (U41.04). So the problem cannot be in the applications, the problem must be in validator.

I am new to E@H .. and I'm very confused that here nothing really happen.
It took me 3 days to get the information that the offical client is crap.
And now this ... I have now shutdown all my boinc's to save some energy.

Have a N.I.C.E. day!

Validate error The result was reported but could not be validated, typically because the output files were lost on the server.

So in my opinion it looks like its not a bad wu nor a validate problem but a database (server) issue.
