I have a growing number of units like this one with the nonsense in bold. No run time, no CPU time, received today, returned today, but with the "received" date and time set to 1 Jan 1970 0:00:00 UTC as shown.

It's not 'nonsense', it's the epoch date so it makes perfect sense :-).
For what it's worth, my guess is there is some sort of delay in moving returned results from the upload server into the online database. The database would have a placeholder entry and that is what you are seeing until the actual results are moved in to replace the dummy values.
Probably a daemon has crashed so eventually somebody will fix this and then you'll be able to see the real information for tasks like that one.

In fact that task is in your 'Error' listing, one of 45 (of 210 in total) generated in the last 24 hours for the v1.15 (GW-cuda) application. The error is the same for all "Timed out - no response" with the wingmen completing with v1.07.
FWIW I also have an NV 3060 and they are completing just fine but with v1.07 (GW-opencl-nvidia-2).
Does that suggest connection issues ? Could you check your BOINC Client Event log ?
