After a system crash due to an attempt to backup my SuSE Linux 9.1 plus a lot of compilations (sigh!) both seti@home and einstein@home refuse to restart the projects with my account key (but I still can login to my account using the same key, which means it's valid).
This happens only with the 4.32 BOINC version, while 4.19 lets me restart frmo scratch (and scratches). Caveat emptor!

Have you tried a newer client
)
Have you tried a newer client version (current is 4.43)? Note that the 4.19 is still the recommended version. Also the usual stuff ("make sure you don't copy extra characters / blanks / invisible / non-printables ...") applies. The account key ist stored in the account.einstein.phys.uwm.edu.xml file. If it works with 4.19, try to copy that file from the directory you run the 4.19 client in into the one of the 4.32 client, or just start it in the same directory. You shouldn't need to explicitely attach to the project again.

I have tried to start again using the 4.43 client, with the same bad result. I copy the keys from the emails sent to me using the mouse. It works perfectly with the 4.19 version I restarted both seti and einstein using that version.
