Is this app only for CUDA capable machine. It´s the latest official but I´m not getting it and my machine is not CUDA capable.
Indeed, 3.13 is only distributed to hosts accepting CUDA work. 3.12 is the most recent CPU version for Windows and this is what you are using atm, so everything is fine.
