I'm sure this is out there somewhere, but I've not been able to find it on the message board, but can someone tell me what a -112 error message means. Thanks.

This error message is what happens if the scheduler reply was truncated and hence incomplete. This is why it was missing the tag at the end.

If this is a one-time occurence, stop reading here.

IIf this happens (almost) all the ime, then please look in the BOINC working directory. If you can find a file called sched_reply_einstein.phys.uwm.edu.xml could you please saveit for me? Don't post it here, but I'll contact you offline if you tell me that this happens consistently. In that case I'd like to see what the sched_reply_... file contains.

This error occurs frequently, I've saved a copy of the file you mentioned. Thanks for the help!!

-112 errors have occured 50+ times between 8/30 and 9/10/2005. Did not see any -112 errors prior to 8/30/2005. FYI

Thanks! I've written to you privately so you can send me the scheduler reply.
